Samantha

Samantha joined LMN Law Group in 2026. She focuses her practice on employee benefits law and advises multiemployer plans on a wide range of ERISA and regulatory matters. She works closely with trustees, administrators, and other plan professionals to develop practical solutions that support prudent plan governance. Samantha also helps clients navigate new and evolving regulatory requirements and develop compliance strategies.  

Before joining LMN Law Group, Samantha practiced at a national law firm. She earned her J.D. from Penn State Law, graduating among the top 10 students in her class. While in law school, she served as Executive Research Editor of the Penn State Law Review and received CALI Awards in Employee Benefits and Legal Writing. She also earned a B.S.B.A. in Economics and Human Resource Management, summa cum laude, from Robert Morris University. 

Samantha lives south of Pittsburgh with her husband, Bryce, and their three cats—Felix, Precious, and Archie. Outside the office, she enjoys reading and antiquing.
